• Insured за By contract може стати виключно клієнт АТ «СГ «ТАС» (приватне) за діючим полісом цивільно-правової відповідальності власників наземних транспортних засобів (далі ОСЦПВ);

• A contract can be concluded for a vehicle whose gross weight does not exceed 3,500 kg and the body type does not include on-board, chassis, refrigerator, isothermal, and tank;

• Договір не можна укласти щодо ТЗ які виконують функцію «Таксі» в цілях прокату, для тест-драйву.

Minimum and maximum insurance premiums:

Мінімальний розмір страхової премії – 1000,00 грн.

Мmaximumний розмір страхової премії – 1000,00 грн.

Franchise – 0 грн.

Territory of the Agreement – Україна, з врахуванням наступних обмежень. The Agreement does not apply to: the territory of Ukraine temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation (including its allies and/or armed formations subordinate to the power structures of the Russian Federation and its allies or private individuals); territorial communities that are located in the area of ​​military (combat) operations or that are under temporary occupation, encirclement (blockade); populated areas, on the territory of which the state authorities of Ukraine temporarily do not exercise their powers, and populated areas located on the demarcation line (in accordance with the normative legal acts of Ukraine effective on події), якщо інше не вказано у Розділі 17 Parts 1 of the Agreement. The term of insurance is defined in the Insurance Contract and cannot be shorter than the minimum term of the Contract or longer than the maximum term of the Contract:

The minimum contract term is 305 days, unless otherwise agreed upon by the Parties.

Мmaximumний строк actions of the contract – 1 рік.

The term of this Agreement cannot be extended.

The insurance period is equal to the term of the Agreement.

Договір вступає в дію з 00 год. 00 хв. (за Kyivським часом) дати, наступної за датою надходження 100% страхової премії на рахунок Insurer.

Можливі наслідки для споживача в разі невиконання ним обов’язків, визначених договором insurance:

• нpayment of the insurance premium in full within the term established by the contract has the consequence that the insurance contract does not enter into force;

• нnon-payment of the next part of the insurance premium within the period established by the contract is the basis for early termination of the contract;

• in case of untimely notification of the occurrence of an insured event, the Insurer may refuse to make an insurance payment or reduce its amount;

• невиконання інших обов’язків, що визначені за By contract можуть стати підставою для дострокового припинення actions of the contract, обмеження відповідальності Insurer чи відмови у страховій виплаті.

Інше:

Insurance contract не є additional to other goods, works or services that are not insurance.

There is no discount.

A list of information that is essential for the assessment of insurance risk and/or information about other circumstances that are taken into account when determining the amount of the insurance premium:

1) information about the insured (individual or legal entity, age of persons who will drive the vehicle, experience in driving vehicles, information on losses for previous insurance periods);

2) відомості про об’єкт insurance:

-інформацію про транспортний засіб, що заявляється на insurance (тип транспортного засобу, об’єм двигуна, марка та модель, рік випуску, реєстраційний номер, № кузову (шасі), населений пункт реєстрації транспортного засобу);

- the nature of the operation of the vehicle (whether the vehicle will be used to provide paid services for the transportation of passengers and cargo for the purpose of making a profit; whether it will be used as a taxi);

- specifics of passing mandatory technical control (whether the vehicle is subject to mandatory technical control, if so, whether the vehicle is recognized as technically sound, the date of the next mandatory technical control).

-Maximum annual mileage and/or average monthly mileage.

-інформацію про чинні договори insurance, укладені щодо об’єкта insurance;

3)інформацію про наявність страхового інтересу щодо об’єкту insurance.

RESERVATION: Споживач зобов’язаний до укладення договору insurance ознайомитись з: інформацією про винятки із страхових випадків та підстави для відмови у здійсненні страхових виплат, ліміти відповідальності страховика за окремим об'єктом insurance, страховим ризиком та/або страховим випадком, а також порядок розрахунку та умови здійснення страхових виплат. Such information is set out in this Information Document.
