Limitations of insurance

Insured persons cannot be:

who took/participate in the performance of combat (service) tasks in the conditions of direct confrontation and fire contact with the enemy, in conducting intelligence activities, measures to ensure national security and defense, repel and deter armed aggression of the Russian Federation (including its allies and/or armed formations subordinate to the power structures of the Russian Federation and its allies or private individuals);

persons older than 70 years inclusive.

Basic conditions of the insurance product

Страховий тариф – 0,4% of the sum insured.

Territory and term of validity of the Insurance Contract:

Territory of the Agreement – Україна, Європа;

– Ukraine, except for the territory of Ukraine temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation (including its allies and/or armed formations subordinate to the power structures of the Russian Federation and its allies or private individuals); territorial communities that are located in the area of military (combat) operations or that are under temporary occupation, encirclement (blockade); settlements, on the territory of which state authorities temporarily do not exercise their powers, and settlements located on the demarcation line (in accordance with the normative and legal acts approved in the established legislation order);

- Europe, namely the geographical borders of the countries: Austria; Albania; Andorra; Belgium; Bosnia and Herzegovina; Bulgaria; Vatican; Great Britain; Greece; Denmark; Estonia; Ireland; Iceland; Spain; Italy; Cyprus; Latvia; Lithuania; Liechtenstein; Luxembourg (state); Malta (state); Moldova; Monaco; Netherlands; Germany; Norway; Poland; Portugal; Republic of Macedonia; Romania; San Marino; Сербія; Slovakia; Slovenia; Hungary; Finland; France; Croatia; the Czech Republic; Montenegro; Switzerland; Sweden; Turkey; Georgia; Israel.

The insurance term is defined in the insurance contract and cannot be shorter than the minimum term of the contract or longer than the maximum term of the contract.

The validity period of the contract can be extended by concluding the next insurance contract or additional contract.

- in case of non-payment of the insurance premium, the insurance contract does not enter into force, or in case of payment of the insurance premium in installments, the contract takes effect prematurely;

- in case of untimely notification of the occurrence of an insured event, the Insurer may refuse to make an insurance payment or reduce its amount;
