Insurance premiums are determined by the Insurer taking into account information that is essential for the assessment of insurance risk and information about other circumstances that are taken into account when determining the amount of the insurance premium.

Information on the validity of the civil liability insurance contract in the event of a change of owner of the insured vehicle:

- У разі зміни власника забезпеченого транспортного засобу в результаті його правомірного відчуження договір обов’язкового insurance цивільно-правової відповідальності зберігає чинність до закінчення строку його дії, а права та обов’язки страхувальника переходять до нового власника зазначеного транспортного засобу;

- У разі смерті страхувальника - фізичної особи його права та обов’язки according to the contract обов’язкового insurance цивільно-правової відповідальності переходять до особи, яка одержала транспортний засіб, зазначений у такому contracts, у спадок та/або яка у випадку, передбаченому Цивільним кодексом України, вважається особою, яка прийняла спадщину.

Право на отримання частини страхової премії у разі дострокового припинення договору insurance у зв’язку із смертю страхувальника - фізичної особи переходить до особи, яка одержала транспортний засіб, зазначений у такому contracts, у спадок та/або яка у випадку, передбаченому Цивільним кодексом України, вважається особою, яка прийняла спадщину.

- У разі зміни власника забезпеченого транспортного засобу новий власник зобов’язаний протягом 15 календарних днів з дня набуття права власності на транспортний засіб письмово повідомити про це страховика та надати страховику свої особисті дані.

Territory of the Agreement –договори міжнародного insurance діють на території країн, зазначених у таких договорах. Договори міжнародного insurance, які діють на території країн - членів міжнародної системи автомобільного insurance "Green Card", посвідчуються відповідним уніфікованим сертифікатом "Green Card", що визнається і діє в цих країнах.

The insurance term is defined in the insurance contract and cannot be shorter than the minimum term of the contract or longer than the maximum term of the contract:

Validity period - поліси можуть укладатися на строк: 15 календарних днів, 21 календарний день, один місяць, два місяці, три місяці, чотири місяці, п’ять місяців, шість місяців, сім місяців, вісім місяців, дев’ять місяців, десять місяців, одинадцять місяців або один рік.

The validity period of the contract can be extended by concluding the next insurance contract.

The insurance period is equal to the term of the Agreement.

The contract shall enter into force at 0 o'clock on the date of commencement of its term of validity specified by such contract, but not earlier than the beginning of the day following the entry of such contract into the Unified Centralized Database, and shall be terminated at 24 o'clock on the date specified by such contract as the date of termination of the term of validity of the contract.

Insurance contract не є additional to other goods, works or services that are not insurance.

Можливі наслідки для споживача в разі невиконання ним обов’язків, визначених договором insurance:

- in case of non-payment of the insurance premium, the insurance contract does not enter into force, or in case of payment of the insurance premium in installments, the contract takes effect prematurely;

- in case of untimely notification of the occurrence of an insured event, the Insurer may refuse to make an insurance payment or reduce its amount;

Страхувальник зобов’язаний повідомити Insurerу перед укладенням договору insurance наступну інформацію, яка має істотне значення для прийняття Insurerом рішення про укладення договору insurance та/або про розмір страхової премії according to the contract insurance, namely:

information about the insured (individual or legal entity, age of persons who will drive the vehicle, experience in driving vehicles, information on losses for previous insurance periods);
відомості про об’єкт insurance:

інформацію про транспортний засіб, що заявляється на insurance (тип транспортного засобу, об’єм двигуна, марка та модель, рік випуску, реєстраційний номер, № кузову (шасі), населений пункт реєстрації транспортного засобу);
the nature of the operation of the vehicle (whether the vehicle will be used to provide paid services for the transportation of passengers and goods for the purpose of making a profit; whether it will be used as a taxi);
countries/groups of countries of primary residence (operation of the insured vehicle)
