Dangerous Goods

The insurer does not pay insurance compensation if the insured event occurred as a result of:

• hostilities or military measures, interventions, hostile actions by the armies of other states (regardless of whether war has been declared or not), or their consequences;
• revolutions, uprisings, civil unrest and strikes, confiscation, requisition, seizure or destruction of property by order of state authorities, seizure, confiscation, nationalization and other similar measures carried out by order of state authorities, etc.;
• terrorism, terrorist act, technological terrorism, terrorist activities and/or anti-terrorist actions;
• violation of copyright, including unauthorized use of registered trade, brand and trademark, symbols and names, falsification of a product or service;
• possession, use or disposal of any land vehicles (responsibility of owners of vehicles, including liability of the carrier);
• influence, processing (processing), as well as trade in narcotic or narcotic drugs; ◦ bans or restrictions on money transfers from the Insured's country or a person authorized by him or the countries through which the payment passes, introduction of a moratorium, non-convertibility of currencies;
• cancellation of debts of the Insured or a person authorized by him, or postponement of repayment terms of debts of the Insured or a person authorized by him in accordance with bilateral governmental and multilateral international agreements;
• events and their consequences that were known to the Insured before the commencement of this Agreement, as well as events that could have been prevented or that could have been avoided;
• illegal, deliberate actions of the Insured or a person authorized by him;
• seizure, confiscation, nationalization and other similar measures carried out by order of state bodies;
• inconsistency with the legislation of Ukraine of the concluded Agreement, if such inconsistency led to the occurrence of an insured event.

The Agreement does not apply to: на тимчасово окуповану Російською Федерацією (в тому числі її союзниками та/або збройними формуваннями, підпорядкованими силовим структурам Російської Федерації та її союзників або приватним особам) територію України; територіальні громади, які розташовані в районі проведення воєнних (бойових) дій або які перебувають в тимчасовій окупації, оточенні (блокуванні); населені пункти, на території яких органи державної влади України тимчасово не здійснюють свої повноваження, та населені пункти, що розташовані на лінії розмежування (відповідно до нормативно-правових актів, затверджених у встановленому законодавством order); території які прямо визначені у даному пункті або які не включені до вказаного переліку та разом з тим знаходяться ближче ніж 50 кілометрів (відстані по повітрю) від кордону з Російською Федерацією та/або від найближчої точки території ведення бойових дій та/або окупованої території, що впродовж actions of the contract може змінюватися. Мінімальний розмір страхового тарифу – 0,001 %.

Мmaximumний розмір страхового тарифу – 40 %.

A list of information that is essential for the assessment of insurance risk and/or information about other circumstances that are taken into account when determining the amount of the insurance premium:

- information about the Insured (natural person, entrepreneur or legal entity, type of economic activity);

- danger class;

- other circumstances affecting the insurance risk assessment.

Unconditional and/or conditional franchise: 

from 0 (percentage of the insured amount) to 60 (or percent of the insured amount).

Area of ​​action – Україна.

The insurance term is defined in the insurance contract and cannot be shorter than the minimum term of the contract or longer than the maximum term of the contract:

Мінімальний строк actions of the contract – 1 день.

Мmaximumний строк actions of the contract – 1 рік.

The validity period of the Agreement can be extended by concluding the next insurance agreement.

The insurance period is equal to the term of the Agreement. (if the term of the contract is more than 1 year, the insurance period is additionally indicated in the Contract).

Якщо договором передбачена сплата страхової премії частинами, if the Insured does not pay the next installment of the insurance премії у встановлені договором терміни або сплати в неповному обсязі, Insurer звільняється від зобов’язань сплатити страхове compensation for insurance cases that occurred in the period: from 00 h. 00 хв. Можливі наслідки для споживача в разі невиконання ним обов’язків, визначених договором insurance: 
- non-payment of the insurance premium in full within the term established by the contract has the consequence that the insurance contract does not enter into force; 
- non-payment of the next part of the insurance premium within the term established by the contract is the basis for early termination of the contract; 
- in case of untimely notification of the occurrence of an insured event, the Insurer may refuse to make an insurance payment or reduce its amount; 
- невиконання інших обов’язків, що визначені за By contract можуть стати підставою для дострокового припинення actions of the contract, обмеження відповідальності Insurer чи відмови у страховій виплаті.
