Limitations of insurance

Persons who, on the date of concluding the Agreement, cannot be insured:

- older than 75 years;

- recognized as incompetent in accordance with the procedure established by law, including: mentally ill persons;

- engage in (or plan to engage in during the term of the Agreement) the following sports: mountaineering, rock climbing, mountain tourism (rising above 2,500 m above sea level), parachuting, hang gliding, paragliding, diving (depth over 40 meters), football, hockey, motor sports;

- professional athletes.

Basic conditions of the insurance product

Мінімальний розмір страхової премії/тарифу – 140 грн/міс.

Мmaximumний розмір страхової премії/тарифу –1932 грн/в міс.

The franchise does not apply unconditionally.

Territory and term of validity of the insurance contract

Territory of the Agreement:

– Україна. The Agreement does not apply to: на тимчасово окуповану Російською Федерацією (в тому числі її союзниками та/або збройними формуваннями, підпорядкованими силовим структурам Російської Федерації та її союзників або приватним особам) територію України; територіальні громади, які розташовані в районі проведення воєнних бойових) дій або які перебувають в тимчасовій окупації, оточенні (блокуванні); населені пункти, на території яких органи державної влади тимчасово не здійснюють свої повноваження, та населені пункти, що розташовані на лінії розмежування (відповідно до нормативно-правових актів, затверджених у встановленому законодавством порядку).

The insurance term is defined in the insurance contract and cannot be shorter than the minimum term of the contract or longer than the maximum term of the contract.

The minimum term of the contract is 1 month.

Мmaximumний строк actions of the contract – 60 місяців.

The term of this Agreement cannot be extended.

The insurance period is equal to the term of the Agreement.

Договір набирає силу о 00 год. 00 хв. (за Kyivським часом) дати, наступної за датою надходження 100% страхової премії на рахунок Insurer.

The insurance contract is not additional to other non-insurance goods, works or services.

There is no discount.

Можливі наслідки для споживача в разі невиконання ним обов’язків, визначених договором insurance:

- in case of non-payment of the insurance premium, the insurance contract does not enter into force, or in case of payment of the insurance premium in installments, the contract takes effect prematurely;

- in case of untimely notification of the occurrence of an insured event, the Insurer may refuse to make an insurance payment or reduce its amount;
