Limitations of insurance

An insurance contract cannot be concluded with the Insured:

under 20 years of age or over 60 years of age in terms of insurance of other financial risks, except insurance of loans and sureties (guarantees) (16 insurance class);
under the age of 20 or over 65 years old in terms of accident insurance (1st insurance class), in case of illness (2nd insurance class);

whose work experience at the last place of work is less than 12 months;
who are employed at enterprises (institutions) with a total number of employees of less than 10 people;
who are private entrepreneurs, military personnel, persons serving under relevant Laws/regulations, etc., freelancers, part-time workers, self-employed, migrant workers, as well as shareholders working in a company in which they own more than 10% of the shares.

The territory of the Agreement and the period of validityї Agreement:

Territory of the Agreement: весь Світ.

Дія Agreement не поширюється на території, які офіційно визнані зонами військових дій (збройних конфліктів), місцевості, де офіційно об’явлено надзвичайний стан або загрозу стихійного лиха, які визнано зонами відчуження внаслідок аварії на ЧАЕС.

The insurance term is defined in the insurance contract and cannot be shorter than the minimum term of the contract or longer than the maximum term of the contract.

Строк actions of the contract – 1 рік та може продовжуватись шляхом сплати наступної страхової премії та if none of the parties to the Agreement declares their desire to terminate it.
