Territory and term actions of the Agreement insurance

The term of the contract may be extended if none of the Parties declares (in writing) 30 calendar days before the date of expiry of the term of the contract about the intention to terminate the contract or change the terms of the contract, the contract is extended for the next year on the condition that the Insured pays to the Insurer the corresponding part of the insurance премії.

- in case of untimely notification of the occurrence of an insured event, the Insurer may refuse to make an insurance payment or reduce its amount;
