About the service

Об’єкт insurance:

property on the right of ownership, use and disposal of the property and/or possible losses or expenses.

Insurance risks:

Insurance risk - є події, обрані словом «ТАК» в Parts 1 of the Agreement, де:

«ДТП» (дорожньо-транспортна пригода) – подія, що сталася під час руху ЗТЗ або іншого транспортного засобу, внаслідок якої завдані матеріальні збитки ЗТЗ та/або загинули чи поранені люди.

«НЗ» (незаконне заволодіння) – незаконне заволодіння ЗТЗ або пошкодження/знищення ЗТЗ внаслідок ДТП при незаконному заволодінні;

«ПДТО» (протиправні дії третіх осіб) – протиправні дії третіх осіб, що спрямовані на пошкодження та/або знищення ЗТЗ, та/або на пошкодження, знищення або крадіжку (таємне викрадення) частин, деталей, вузлів, агрегатів, приладів ЗТЗ;

«СЛ» (стихійне лихо, стихійні явища) – стихійні явища, namely: землетрус, зсув, обвал, провалля, буря, ураган, шквал, смерч, сильний дощ, тривалі дощі, сильна злива, град, паводок, підтоплення, затоплення тощо;

«Пожежа» – раптове виникнення вогню, що здатний самостійно поширюватися поза межі місць, спеціально призначених для його розведення і підтримки, у тому числі викликаного коротким замиканням в електрообладнанні ЗТЗ, крім випадків підпалу, у тому числі задимлення в результаті пожежі, виділення сажі і корозійного газу, а також вплив на ЗТЗ продуктів згоряння (диму, сажі, кіптяви), незалежно від місця виникнення пожежі, а також збитки, завдані внаслідок заходів, спрямованих на порятунок ЗТЗ, гасіння пожежі чи запобігання поширення пожежі, в тому числі збитки, завдані засобами пожежогасіння;

«ІВП» (інші випадкові події) – раптова, випадкова, непередбачувана подія в результаті дії на ЗТЗ зовнішніх фізичних та/або хімічних та/або біологічних чинників (пошкодження тваринами), та/або дій третіх осіб, що не є протиправними, але призвели до пошкодження та/або втрати та/або знищення ЗТЗ.

Minimum amounts of the insured amount (liability limit):

від 400 тис. грн (обмеження може не застосовуватись при пролонгації – за рішенням Insurer).

Порядок визначення страхової суми – is defined за взаємною згодою Сторін і не може перевищувати дійсної cost ЗТЗ на дату укладання Agreement.

They can't бути об’єктами insurance ЗТЗ, що використовуються в якості автомобілів швидкої medical допомоги або в якості оперативних транспортних засобів unless it is specified in the special conditions of the Agreement.
Договір не можна укласти щодо ТЗ які виконують функцію «Таксі».

Basic conditions of insurance

Minimum and maximum insurance premiums:

Мінімальний розмір страхової премії – 0,12% of the sum insured для спец техніки.

Мmaximumний розмір страхового тарифу – 30,5% of the sum insured.

Franchise is unconditional, from 0% to 15% of the sum insured.

Territory of the Agreement – «Європа» – територія країн-членів Європейського союзу, а також Азербайджан, Албанія, Андорра, республіка Боснія та Герцеговина, Ватикан, Великобританія, Вірменія, Грузія, Косово, Ліхтенштейн, Північна Македонія, Молдова, Монако, Норвегія, Сербія, республіка Сан-Марино, республіка Хорватія, Чорногорія, Швейцарія, республіка Туреччина;

«Україна» – The Agreement does not apply to: to the territory of Ukraine temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation (including its allies and/or armed formations subordinate to the power structures of the Russian Federation and its allies or private individuals); territorial communities that are located in the area of military (combat) operations or that are under temporary occupation, encirclement (blockade); populated areas, on the territory of which the state authorities of Ukraine temporarily do not exercise their powers, and populated areas located on the demarcation line (in accordance with normative legal acts approved in accordance with the procedure established by law); territories that are directly defined in this point or that are not included in the specified list and at the same time are closer than 50 kilometers from the contact line.

Term of validity of the Agreement вказано у відповідному пункті Agreement, але в будь-якому разі дата початку дії цього Agreement - не раніше 00 год. 00 хв. (за Kyivським часом) дати, наступної за датою надходження 100% страхової премії (першої частини) на рахунок Insurer.

If, on the effective date of the Agreement, the new TOR is still in the car dealership, the Agreement shall enter into force no earlier than receipt of the insurance premium or its first part in full, if the Agreement provides for the payment of the insurance premium in installments, to the current account of the Insurer or its representative or through other payment systems permitted by the legislation of Ukraine.

The insurance term is defined in the insurance contract and cannot be shorter than the minimum term of the contract or longer than the maximum term of the contract.

The minimum term of the contract is 3 months.

Мmaximumний строк actions of the contract – 1 рік.

The validity period of the contract can be extended by concluding the next insurance contract or additional contract.

The insurance period is equal to the term of the Agreement.

(if the term of the contract is more than 1 year, the insurance period is additionally indicated in the Contract).

Можливі наслідки для споживача в разі невиконання ним обов’язків, визначених договором insurance:
- non-payment of the insurance premium in full within the term established by the contract has the consequence that the insurance contract does not enter into force;
- non-payment of the next part of the insurance premium within the term established by the contract is the basis for early termination of the contract;
- in case of untimely notification of the occurrence of an insured event, the Insurer may refuse to make an insurance payment or reduce its amount;

- інформацію про тип транспортного засобу, об’єм двигуна, марка та модель, рік випуску, реєстраційний номер, № кузову (шасі), населений пункт реєстрації транспортного засобу;

- information on previous incidents and repairs carried out on the vehicle;

- nature of vehicle operation;

- інформацію про чинні договори insurance, укладені щодо об’єкта insurance;

3. інформацію про наявність страхового інтересу щодо об’єкту insurance.

RESERVATION: Споживач зобов’язаний до укладення договору insurance ознайомитись з: інформацією про винятки із страхових випадків та підстави для відмови у здійсненні страхових виплат, ліміти відповідальності страховика за окремим об'єктом insurance, страховим ризиком та/або страховим випадком, а також порядок розрахунку та умови здійснення страхових виплат.
