Insured persons cannot be:

• Особи, праця яких пов’язана з особливим ризиком, щодо настання an accident: спортсмени-аматори, що займаються екстремальними видами спорту та/або розваг, артисти цирку, акробати, дресирувальники диких тварин, наїзники коней, каскадери; особи, які виконують роботи в підземних умовах.

The territory of the Contract at the choice of the Insured:

- Ukraine, except for the territory of Ukraine temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation (including its allies and/or armed formations subordinate to the power structures of the Russian Federation and its allies or private individuals); territorial communities that are located in the area of ​​military (combat) operations or that are under temporary occupation, encirclement (blockade); settlements, on the territory of which state authorities temporarily do not exercise their powers, and settlements located on the demarcation line (in accordance with regulatory and legal acts approved in accordance with the procedure established by law);

- the whole world.

The insurance term is defined in the insurance contract and cannot be shorter than the minimum term of the contract or longer than the maximum term of the contract:

Строк actions of the contract – мінімальний – 1 день; мmaximumний - 1 рік.

The validity period of the contract can be extended by concluding the next insurance contract or additional contract.

The insurance period is equal to the term of the Agreement.

Договір набирає силу о 00 год. 00 хв. (за Kyivським часом) дати, наступної за датою надходження 100% страхової премії або першого страхового платежу(при умові розбивки страхової премії) на рахунок Insurer.

Можливі наслідки для споживача в разі невиконання ним обов’язків, визначених договором insurance:

- in case of non-payment of the insurance premium, the insurance contract does not enter into force, or in case of payment of the insurance premium in installments, the contract terminates prematurely;

- in case of untimely notification of the occurrence of an insured event, the Insurer may refuse to make an insurance payment or reduce its amount;

- невиконання інших обов’язків, що визначені за By contract можуть стати підставою для дострокового припинення actions of the contract, обмеження відповідальності Insurer чи відмови у страховій виплаті.

Договір є додатковим до інших товарів, робіт або послуг, що не є страховими - при посередництві Державного фонду сприяння молодіжному житловому будівництву, Публічого акціонерного товариства «Державний ощадний банк України».
